- The room was too hot and no way to cool it down.
- Too many stairs for seniors getting to reception, more stairs to Landing, more stairs to wing of rooms. No sign of room # to see from landing to see which stairs to use for your wing. Limited lounge menu. No A/C No TV No Chair No Coffee No Sleep
- No television, no table, no chair, therefore Wi-Fi was irrelevant since we had nowhere to sit and use our devices. Room rate charged was $--- not $--- on your website
