The comfortable, traditionally decorated rooms at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Fernie include a cable TV, a microwave, a refrigerator and a work desk. All rooms offer heat and air conditioning and select rooms feature kitchenettes. The Fernie town center with various shops and a movie theater is a 5 min walk. Fernie Golf and Country Club is 1.2 miles away from Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Fernie. Fernie Alpine Ski Hill and Fernie Alpine Resort are 10 minutes’ drive away. Hiking, mountain climbing and fly fishing opportunities are all nearby.

- The front desk staff was very accommodating of our need for a ground floor room, even though we were to originally have a second floor room.

Cons -
- There is no sound insulation between ground and second floor, making it hard to sleep when every move above us could be heard. Cleanliness was not top notch (floors in the corners in bathroom were dirty).
- The heater was not working and the room temperature was cold.
