- Substandard room: 1. No vanity in the bathroom, only kitchenette sink. 2. Access to the bed only from one side. 3. Missing window crank. It is difficult to open the window. 4. Drywall repair is not finished. 5. No space for clothes: no drawers, hangers . 6. I was overcharged: advertised price was lower, and I was forced to pay $70 damage waver that was not advertised. 7. Poor communication about checking in.
