Pros +
- Clean well supplied and comfortable! Staff was helpful and incredibly nice allowed me to check in early. Should be rated a three star but wouldn't want the price to change.
- The room we booked was farther from the road, so it was less noisy. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Nice staff. Easy checkout.

Cons -
- Sink in bathroom is a mite close to toilet. But aside from that nothing
- The bathroom had a pretty hokey door and also had no exit fan. The hotel itself is situated very close to a trailer park. Has a somewhat industrial location farther out of town.
- Mattress sagged in middle
