    Pros +

    • The room was adequate. The restaurants were quite good. The gym was overkill and not suited to casual workouts.
    • Big screen TV
    • The staff is excellent, very helpful. The bed and pillows were the best.

    Cons -

    • No really.
    • Our first night, we spent in the only available room. The pillows were hard and the toilet kept running. Our second night, we were moved to a new room and it was wonderful.
    • There was only 1 entrance to the hotel. I am disabled and had to walk all the way down to the end of the hallway to the room. There was also no parking available. No coffee or tea makers in the room for early risers. No glasses for drink or rinsing.

The staff is excellent, very helpful. The bed and pillows were the best.

I could not figure out how to use the t.v.

Nice large room with very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly, going out of their way to provide help whenever needed.

    The Brixx was delicious

the bed was noisy, and the jacuzzi did not work. When I told the staff about the jacuzzi, they said it works and that I did not know how to work it. Since it was not my first time using hotel jacuzzis, I felt this was not a acceptable response, also they did not adjust the price of the room, even with the jacuzzi being out of order. Next time ill be staying at St. Eugine

    Good location

There were kids running up and down hall on our floor and slamming the doors repeatedly after we went to bed and I had to get up and tell them to stop. They stopped running but continued slamming the doors. The sheets were not comfortable and the rooms were old.

The room was clean and the service/staff at the hotel was great. We also used the hot tub/pool, which was clean and a nice amenity to use.

I found this hotel to be a little pricey for what it has to offer. There are no robes to wear to the pool/hot tub, no breakfast, and no coffee/tea in the room. We ate at the pub attached to the restaurant for dinner the night of arrival, the food was ok and the waitress was terrible. I had to ask for cutlery from out waitress, which she dropped off (like our food) without talking to us or asking us if we needed anything more. I then had to ask the bartender for ketchup, napkins etc.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Let us check in early. Room was nice

Nice hotel, just not very sound proof, could hear every noise from the outside and above the room.

It was a very clean facility! The restaurant was very nice and food was very good.

    Everything was good

    8JoannePosted on: 8-28-2025

Staff welcoming and friendly, clean facilities.

The walls must be paper thin as we heard the person next door talking ALLNIGHT and my husband wears hearing aids.

Spacious room and it wasn't too loud like most other hotels. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant, cafe and brewhouse all at attached. The gym looked amazing.

Hole in the ceiling in the hallway right outside of our room. At least thats a sign that maintenance is being done though. The stairwell looked to me like it hadn't been vacuumed the whole time we were there, but maybe it's only done once per week. Most people take the elevator.
