- Ian was very accommodating, very clean room, great location - just all around good experience. We are staying there again on our way back home.
- We were stuck at the city because of the freeway closed. Luckily we found this hotel with very reasonable price. The host was very warm and provided our kid with an extra bed, great services! The room is well decorated and quite comfy. Great experiences!
- The rooms are far nicer than the outside of the building would suggest. Very friendly staff.
Cons -
- Wish it had an elevator or first floor rooms. However this can be 9bercome by packing a small bag for a one night stay over and the personnel at the hotel are very willing to carry bags upstairs for their guests.
- Could have more outlet next to bed.
- A lot of road noise and the heat/ac is blocked with the curtains closed.
