Newly updated rooms, purchased an upgrade as a Marriott rewards member

room with a view. nice gym.

a bit outdated. carpet needs to be changed.

Room was comfortable. Good amenities such as hot tub, sauna, etc.

Just missed a microwave for quick reheating.

The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary retreat pleasant.

Going through a casino security check between the parking lot and the hotel was a pain. Road noise is noticeable even on the upper floors. Toilet flushing was finicky.

It was very clean & the staff was very helpful & friendly. The hotel was conveniently central to everywhere I needed to go. The free parking was such a great perk too. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great plus too.

Great stay and service. When we checked in we were upgraded to a deluxe king room and told check out was 12pm but then we we¿re called at 11am and asked to vacate room or be charge for another night.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Due to Covid-restrictions services and amenities are limited.

Because there is no room service available they don't provide glasses in the room and they won't bring you any reusable dishes or cutlery - only disposable, which is a real shame/waste.

Bathtub was dirty, Bathroom cleanliness was disappointing

Lack of service due to Covid. As a senior I expected valet help With luggage. Ivy special request I did get help leaving. The do it yourself approach was very difficult. The wheeled cards were heavy and unwieldy. Not told of food/coffee option.

Hotel was clean,and quiet.

Fire alarm going off randomly,no soda or vending machines of any kind in the hallway,no microwave,no ice machine in hallway,No coffee pot or condiments were supplied.

The curtains for the windows did not block the light from the sun. Ended up waking up half way through my sleep. Was not a pleasant experience and felt restless in the morning.

Beautiful, new hotel. Comfy bed. Great service. Starbucks!

I like the free parking and the rooms were nice.

There was no pool

Very clean right from walking in. Free parking! Great food and great service.

Our room must have been close to pool as we could hear kids and yelling and screaming.
