- The cable didn't work when I arrived.. There were No clean towels.. The fridge froze everything.. no place to hang anything.. Holes in the walls and the bathtub looked like hell

- No wash cloth or hand towel. No alarm clock. Windowsill was dirty. Shower stall was tiny. Bathroom was small.
