Glacier View Inn

Staff was very friendly and restaurant was good.

We arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The door lock had severe issues and it was almost impossible to get the key in. I read another review that shared the same issue. Lock needs to be lubed or replaced. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

It was right on the highway.

Be forewarned, smoking is allowed in all f the rooms. We tries two different ones, and they both reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff said smoking is allowed in the rooms. The room needed vacuuming. Room had very dim lighting.

Location was the most important piece. We were on a roadtrip and this location was on our immediate path.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival. Had to alert owner who quickly brought sheets. The surfaces were not clean and the fridge still contained food. Very disappointing.

Easy access and price.

The fan did not blow air in the room.

Clean, service was great, restaurant was right next door and the Asian food was excellent, and convenient location right on the highway.

Couldnt see the tv from the bed. Tv volume was blasting & couldnt be turned down which was good bc the people that lived next door were loud.

Simple and clean room. Nice staff and good location for a rest stop on my travels.

Hotel seemed to permanently house some residents. Tenant Nextdoor to my room was violently screaming, walking around the parking lot with a weapon in hand. Scary. I felt threatened and left the hotel without staying the night with a partial refund.

Very friendly and low-key, just right for the road-trip traveller passing through. Easy check-in and check-out. Super clean.

Inconvenient location of coffee maker and microwave (unable to reach power plug-in). Huge TV monitor with no channels.

Was right on the highway with a fantastic mountain view from the parking lot

Heater was a small plug in heater, thermostat didn't work, carpets had been shampooed that day so the carpets were wet the whole time we were there, only one light in the place worked. If you'r looking some place just to crash on hwy, this fits the bill..

Dated, could use a face-lift. Restaurant needs to open earlier.

The hotel is run down and smells awful. The carpets are very dirty and there is no AC

I appreciated the fact that since we were getting there late they left a note on their business door for us and the room was unlocked Good old AK service !

The carpet kind of overrides everything it is old & grungy I'm sure it was vacuumed but it's hard to get really old carpet clean looking

Nice, clean, comfy beds, big tv, complimentary cookies.

I called at 930 am to see when breakfast ended, thinking 10, hoping 1030... ended at 930. Disappointed in that.

The bed was so comfortable-pillow top but should have checked sheets first for spiders. Don't know if I would recommend. See below comment.

The snarky "MAGA" sign in the restaurant. TV trouble. Room was too dark. Could have been a little cleaner. Cramped space.
