- Friendly staff. Centrally located with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
- Friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel and how quiet the hotel was during the day and nights. Restaurant staff more great service.
- The location is central to downtown Yellowknife
Cons -
- Facilities are old and need upgrades. I already knew this fact from reviews before the trip. But the staff and convenient location made the stay exceed my expectation.
- The internet services for the hotel needs to be upgraded and the beds were needing to be replaced, they were older but everything else was exceptional.
- Dirty uncomfortable bad location
