- Love the location and owners were really nice,close enough to go to Tobermory,I would go back and stay at the same place!!

- Nice location. Bathroom could be heated up to 30 degrees. Wifi is free and fast.There is a TV and DVD as well as a fridge, coffee machine, microwave oven and toaster.

- sink not in bathroom. step up to washroom which we both tripped over in middle of night. Room smelled musty, carpet part of that.
- There are insufficient cloth hangers or shelves. Also no cups, glasses etc.. Apparently one can rent those items for 25$. For breakfast one has to go to downtown. A note in the room required to clean the room including removal of all garbage.

The water was 6ft from the door.
Great location by the lake. Friendly staff. Unique experience unlike typical hotels.
