Little close to the highway, but it quieted down later at night

Very nice bathroom and bedroom setup

Outside noise level, my room was on highway side, opposite side would have been much quieter,that is the side staff should fill first

We were there on Canada Day weekend, and it was busy. The staff were unable to keep up with replenishing the breakfast foods, so many things ran out. It was crowded in the breakfast area.

This hotel is small and we'll run. With service and rooms you normally pay double or triple the rates you are charged here

Front desk clerk was outstanding in every aspect of customer service

Smoking area right outside of front entrance, you could not walk in or out of hotel without coming into contact with smoke.

Ease of access. Proximity to the main roads.

It took way too long to check in. Stood around watching the desk clerk punch buttons.

Room size was generous. Shower was huge and the shower spray was great. Lighting could be improved in sitting area. Bathroom lighting was perfect.

Staff was courteous helpful the Babe breakfast was better than other Kotel‘s I stay there enjoying my screen every different return

The newly renovated rooms.

We did not like the fact that it is 100% housing people I’m assuming that would normally be in a shelter. There was a rock placed in the exit door at one end of the hotel so anyone was able to enter or exit hotel. We stayed 3 nights and it was nightly.

The location and proce were great. Room was mostly updated. .

The room wasnt perfect. There were multiple cracks in the ceiling, water stains on a wall and ceiling and flooring was cracked in one place and floor bouncy as if it could cave in.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Clean, good breakfast, clean tub, nice beds and great coffee and tea in room.

Our AC took almost all night to cool down.

It was as rated, quite dated and in need of rejuvenation.

Tapis sales usés. Entrée et couloir. Pas très, rassurant. Sommes restés car déjà payé. Et pourquoi payer en US . C’est au Canada. Trop cher pour la propreté et le décor. Ne recommande pas. Avons mieux depuis 3 jours pour $50-60,00 de moins.
