The breakfast was excellent. Staff was really nice.

Our room was cold at night and couldn't turn up the heat. None of the thermostat.

We stayed at the Hampton for three nights with our kid and a cat, very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast options and hotel is super clean.

No. Everything was great.

Staff was so welcoming and very efficient. Breakfast, included, was good and has a nice variety. They provided a ¿to go bag¿ if you miss the buffet.(bagel, peanut butter, jam, orange and water) Wake up earlier and get the buffet.

The pool, and the room. Breakfast was good. Everything still feels/looks quite new and clean.

There was a power failure. When the power came back on they did not resume breakfast, even though it was still within the time slot. Also, not strict enough procedures for the vaccine passport, especially given the rise of omicron.

Front desk clerk was friendly. Buffet breakfast is convenient. Clean, new hotel. Bar/Restaurant at neighbouring hotel within walking distance.

Security very poor. They don't have security camera installed for the parking lot. My car door window was smashed and some valuable items were stolen.

Several breakfast items were still frozen when they were placed on the hot plate - eggs, pancakes. One staff was not great at explaining and made it sound like we had to pay an additional fee. All sorted out in the end.

Brand new hotel, spotless and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful, particularly the manager, the evening desk person, the housekeeper and the breakfast area server.

The staff was great! The room we booked was on the same floor as a kids baseball team, so they took it upon themselves to relocate our room so it was quiet! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious! Would definitely return!
