Odor, AC noisy and TV was tiny. Couldn’t view anything

Nothing - the lobby was ok!

Besides the fact that it had no heat in the rooms when it was freezing outside? A promise was made to me that the heat would be fixed in a few hours. It was not. We had to check out and find alternative accomodations.

Y The room was beautiful

They raised to much a deal about having service dog. Had to show my papers which is illegal took pictures of the dog and the tags

Peeling paint. dust and dirt on floor, mould. Double Rm 125 is not fit for rental.

The location and breakfast

The room was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken right off and the toilet didn't flush.

Very basic

Hair dryer didn¿t work and they couldn¿t rectify. No breakfast included. False advertising Didn¿t clean room or exchange towels. Overpriced for what they offer even in peak season

Location to the beach. All staff were extremely friendly.

When we arrived, we had been given a different room than we had booked. It was taken care of immediately, and the room was lovely.

Disappointed re breakfast. Was advertised as hot Really didn’t expect it re corona virus but muffins stale and breakfast bars also stale. There should have been much more effort since no hot breakfast as advertised

Continental breakfast was disappointing and too small

despite the conditions of recently opening after these pandemic lockdown months, the hotel was ready to pick up business and open to customers.

A bit of increased reaction to customer concern. Our air conditioning started dripping in the middle of the night. When attempted to let the staff know about it we were advised to turn it off. Is that all? They don' even care of subsequent damages?

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Great hot breakfast!

They first gave us a room which smells bad and we found mosquito window on the floor. Staff automatically changed us to a new room which was better

The basic double room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and ample; the breakfast attendant went over and above our expectations.

With a bridal show that night, there was no parking spots left.

Location, easy to locate after son's wedding. After the bride and groom could not access their hotel at 2:00 am at SAWMILL, they were able to get accommodation at your hotel. Thank you, saved the night.

The top of the TV stand was a bit worn, scruffy looking.

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad.

It needs to be updated. I have a need for a handicap toilet which is something Canada has no clue about. Thankfully I was able to bring something to assist myself with that. If I would have flown I really would have been in trouble.

Quiet, clean, conveniently located. Nice free breakfast.

Great location coming into Sarnia from the US port, Port Huron. Easy to find, restaurant did not have an extensive menu, but what it offered was excellent.

Parking was a problem. The road is busy and to get to some parking spots is difficult.

Good location near the Bluewater Bridge and easy acess to the 402

Bathroom could have been cleaner-mildew on ceilings. A wierd thing about the room was that almost EVERYTHING was unplugged in the room when we checked in. The lamps and the TV were all unplugged from the wall sockets

Quiet. Clean. Nice staff. Good restaurant.

It was a good location for our purposes.

Did not make up room one day and did not apologize The setting is getting dated and old
