- They were always ready to resolve any questions in a helpful and polite manner.
- Close to old Quebec 15 minutes away ! Restaurant next door ! Close to highway 40 and 973 .
- Wi-fi was the best since we were traveling with kids. The customer service also was excellent as well as the free shuttle to Old Quebec is very helpful.

- We liked the breakfast as this is one of the few hotels that offers breakfast. However, a couple of more options such as scrambled eggs and waffles or something else would make the breakfast excellent. Given the hotel quality, the breakfast can improve.
