Pros +
- The view from our window was of the Chateau Frontenac. The hotel felt charming, safe, clean, and was right in the heart of the old town. Everything is walkable from here, and the staff were so welcoming and professional. We had a lovely stay!
- The staff was excellent; very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was gorgeous and the location was excellent. The shower was a bit of a mystery but all the decor was beautiful. Very clean. Parking was a bit inconvenient.
- Room cleanliness, location and the design inside of the room.
Cons -
- The hotel¿s location in the center of town means that it can be noisy on weekend nights. No worries¿-we used a white noice machine.
- Parking was inconvenient and shower needs instructions.
- Nothing I don¿t like about this hotel, if I have to say something, I would suggest add a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and hotel facility not much , could be improved .
