Please inform Auberge Château Des Tourelles of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. Guests are also requested to advise Chateau Des Tourelles of the number of guests in their party. Please note that the rooms and the reception desk are on the upper floor. This property does not have an elevator. The reception desk closes at 19:00 and guests must contact the property if needing a later check-in. Please note that a deposit is automatically taken when the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is equivalent to the first night and is refundable if the reservation is canceled within the cancellaiton policy. The rest of the payment will be taken 2 days before the arrival.
