- My family visited Quebec in February and really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub when it is snowing! The restaurant was descent, staff was kind, and the location was great, too. My kids loved the crepe station at the breakfast buffet.
- The hotel is more like a resort an oasis within the city. The staff are excellent the rooms are nice the amenities superb and the mood tranquil. I have stayed at many resorts in the Caribbean etc. this with the exception of the ocean is on par. Kevin

Cons -
- The parking fee is not included in the hotel fee, so each night it incurs additional $20 (CAD). Also the breakfast buffet does not include coffee or juice. I am mentioning this just to let future customers know.
- Non-no
- at this hotel for five days that we did not like was, one of the nights we had dirty sheets after The baby got food on the sheets. We came back that night to sheets not changed with food on them having to sleep in the same dirty sheets and comforter
