- Clean rooms
- Room was clean, absolutely NO sign of bedbugs (I looked carefully as this can be a concern in the Quartier Latin), and the staff were super friendly.
- Nothing, besides the location and the price

- bad neighborhood. If you are arriving after 9 pm you have to call to have the operator let you in to check in. A man tried to sell me crack while I was waiting. Now that I know, I would stay here again. It is downtown and clean.
- It's a 2nd story walk-up, so this hotel is NOT for anyone with heavy bags or who has issues with stairs. There is NO ELEVATOR. But the staff will help and are keen to do so!
- The receptionist, an apparent Asian gentleman, was unequivocally racidt towards me. As he was accusing me on squatering on the basis that my card was declined earlier. I was verbaly and boderline physically. I was in the obligation to leave the hotel
