Located in Montreal’s Latin Quarter, Hotel de Paris occupies a century-old stately manor .This property does not have elevators. Each guest room is individually decorated and includes cable TV, private bathrooms and free WiFi. Hotel de Paris guest rooms are air conditioned and provide personal hairdryers. Free continental Breakfast available which is included in the room cost. Paris Hotel includes a 24-hour front desk and a seasonal outdoor terrace. Hotel Paris is within walking distance of Parc Lafontaine and St. Denis Street. Guests can also walk to Old Montreal and Chinatown. The underground city, restaurants and nightlife are also nearby.

- Location.
- Location... Location.... Location
- Older type of Hotel but I can tell the owner takes very good care of the place and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
Cons -
- The Parking, There are limited spots if you go by car but we managed to find a spot in front of the Hotel. So all was good for 1 nights stay. I don't know about during the week.
- Parking...only three free spots available and occupied at all times.
- Parking can be an issue at the place or you can pay $15 CAD to park in the 6 car parking garage up the near the hotel in other building
