- the beauty, location, staff
- Location, staff, food and overall state and look of hotel.
- Perfect location as we were hopping a train the next day. Very clean, modern accomodations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great restaurant on site; the best Caesar Salad I ever had!
Cons -
- The pillows were TOO soft. We didnt have great sleeps because if them. There should be a soft and firm pillow. Service was very slow at bar and restaurant. Food at Lloyd's was delicious, but we waited an hr between app and main.
- Hotel employee at reception desk was very rude, unprofessional and condescending.
