Pros +
- The manager was more than helpful with issues pertaining to the security deposit. Hotel smelled great staf was pleasant bed was comfy and shower was clean all you really need at an affordable price
- The room had all the expected amenities, iron, hair dryer, tv, microwave. I also really loved the shower! Plus the hotel is close to Berri UQAM metro station
- Good qualit/price, nice staff
Cons -
- A lot of noise from the reception and hallway at night made it almost impossible to sleep. Cleaning wasn’t regular. The street where the hotel is located I didn’t care much for.
- Lack of towels, no coffee machine, HORRIBLE shower, no room clean up, asked to please check out when we do had over an hour, paper thin pillows, thermostat that would not regular the ac, it was kind a fridge in our room, or an oven
- We could here people walking in the corridor, cars passing in the road, hard to sleep well because the hotel is not really soundproof.
