- My experience with the staff for Christmas day was great and accommodating for when I was able to get ahold of someone.
- Nothing really
- Convenient location, affordable price, friendly staff.
Cons -
- Partially blame Christmas Day. But could not get into the hotel with my card and could not get ahold of anyone to rectify it. Ended up at a different hotel to stay.
- Beds are too stiff. Rooms.smell and are too cold. No one was at the front desk after I checked in, it was always closed up. Location is ok but overall nit the best experience.
- No elevator, no breakfast room - in the morning you get some muffins, apples, oranges, coffee and hot water at the reception area to take out. They take a credit card details on the paper for $200 damage pre-authorization. Pillows could be softer.

It was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. No table or chair to sit at.
