Lakeview Inn

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is with the desk staff not being willing to reboot their router so I could get an Internet connection. I appreciated the in-room coffee maker, and the free copy of the Toronto Star newspaper.

Old motel, hard befs, no air conditioning

Good location as a stop over on our way through Canada.

Restaurant didn't open until 9am on the weekend.

Location is right in town but lots of truck traffic.

We stayed in mid-October and they had yet to turn the boilers on so no heat in the room. It was in the 30’s outside and 64 in the room. When I mentioned it the next morning I was told that the maintenance usually puts a heater in the room and I should have called and asked for one. The mattress was FIRM!

Very well appointed, clean, great comfortable beds. Loved having a microwave, toaster, kettle,Keurig coffee and fridge. Charlene the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful figuring out the cable TV.

It served our needs well.

TOO EXPENSIVE.

The check in was easy and it was nice to have a kettle. The room on was tiny but well equipped.

The electrical outlets appeared to be overloaded. The fabric on the chairs looked dirty.

Friendly front desk staff. Explained what was available for dinner and where.

Easy check in and out (key drop), friendly staff, very clean room.

I would prefer a softer bed.

Everything from location to cleanliness and comfort. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Bathroom was spotless, better than one I had a week ago in a 5* resort in Jamaica. Close to restaurants.

Couldn’t get the heating to work.

Staff was friendly and room was well equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

Beds were very firm, and the trucks on the road were a little noisy at night, but not terrible.

Clean and maintained well. All necessities were in the room. Beds, linens and pillows are excellent. Shower and bathroom clean and bright. Wifi was fast and easy to access.

The items available in the room including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blanket available. All the flowers made the property inviting.

Bed platform stuck out and was easy to stub toes on it.
