- Room was comfortable and assigned butler for Diamond Club service was excellent - attentive, helpful, and diligent.
- The view from the room was breathtaking. The beach was cleaned daily and the pool was too. Food was delicious and the staff were incredible l.
- The staff extremely helpful, courteous, kind and polite! They made my experience very enjoyable and pleasant! I did not want to leave. There were a few things that my friends room needed attention and it was taken care of immediately!! I will be back!
Cons -
- Check in process was awful, many services offered via Diamond Club upgrade are not available. Was locked out of room 3x - one night with no running water.
- The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. Needs a lot of work to make it a hotel to recommend or consider again. The slides were broken which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel for the kiddos so a bit dissatisfied. Construction next
