Grand Lido Negril Au-Naturel, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

We loved the staff, our butler made the vacation effortless. The Vibe Staff at the pool made the days fly by, with fun trivia and great Jamaican jams on the radio! The exclusivity made the location romantic and peaceful! The people made it classy!

The decking is slated to be remodeled, it was very slippery! The hot tub was out of order! But those little things would not stray us from returning! It was a 10 out of 10, we will be back, because of the staff, made our trip!!!

The staff was very attentive and kind.

I didn't realize until I arrived that Grand Lido was on the premises of Royalton. Many of the exclusive amenities of GL were not available at the time of my stay. It wasn't worth the money.

I would not recommend ordering any special packages through this establishment. I ordered a birthday package and literally nothing went as planned. We didn¿t even get the entire package before we had to leave the resort. Even after constant communication.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I like the way the hotel is handling the pandemic. They are taking precautions to sure guest are safe.

I was not fond of the food or the condition of the hotel room. The food was never hot always cold. Our room was an upgrade to a presidential suite,but it does not seem like the floors are mopped, so your feet are always soiled.

Everything was great! Exceeded expectations. Room service was a little slow but the staff was amazing! Everything was clean. Need a better selection of nightlife but it was hard to find something to complain about. Loved the place! Didnt want to leave!

Exclusive and luxurious with an absolutely wonderful staff.

Most restaurants and the larger beach areas are a little walk away from the Grand Lido suites.

Personal service experience with our butler and staff. Ricardo helped with every detail of our wants and needs. Everything we asked for, Ricardo came through. The food experience was excellent!! Our room was beyond expectations. The swim out suite will be our goto suite next year.

We are unable to think of one thing we didn't like about our stay at Grand Lido.

This place is amazingly private, and definitely for adults. It you want to live life on the edge and want a nude beach with grown ups then this place is for you.

We have been to this property 9 times now and the staff are what makes our stay so wonderful! Our butler Michelle is wonderful! I can’t sing her praises enough! There was not one thing we requested that she did not make happen! She is very attentive and is so nice! She is one of the greatest assets to this hotel! Peaches, the bar tender is the nicest person and always kept everyone happy and drinks filled! Kirk and Shaneka are the best also! They were constantly making sure we had drinks and food, they came to us at our swim out, the upper pool, and the hot tub. Simone is the best with activities! She kept us laughing and entertained the whole time! She is also an asset to your hotel and Vibe team!! The cook, Daria was phenomenal! She worked so hard everyday and the food was the best on the property!! Really enjoyed the Dazzle Night Party that was for Grand Lido and Hideaway guests only, food was great and so was the entertainment!

It does need some attention to maintenance issues, but every hotel needs constant upkeep. They changed the menu at Armadillo restaurant and it’s not near as good as the old menu! Please bring back the old menu! The ramp and walkways around the Grand Lido pool needs some kind of safety as it is super slick and there was like 6 people that fell due to the slickness. Also need more umbrellas at the sun chairs and around the main pool, there is no way to get out of the sun in the upper pool for those who can’t be in the direct sun all day.

everything was great about the stay at this resort - highly recommend it !

The only thing was that the dinner buffet restaurant at the royalton did not let me into the buffet due to having a tank top on, which I thought was a little ridiculous since we were in Jamaica and everybody wears tank tops (plus it wasn't a fancier restaurant - just casual)

The Butlers, the staff, the privacy, the Ocean Point!

Maintenance issues with room a/c…very hot indoor restaurant seating as well. Marriot needs to focus on more than cost cutting.. they’re most valuable assets there are the employees and they should be treated as such.

Having butlers. Having access to the entire compound. Choices of restaurants. Entertainment was very good, especially Michael Jackson and dancers.The foam party was very good.Beach party was very good. Views from the room.Liked that it was not a high-rise hotel block but only 3 floors.Selection of drinks.Bath in room.

Overpriced at the salon where I had an okay manicure and pedicure .Disappointed steam and the sauna were not working when we had our hour in the Spa.Unimpressed with the hideaway buffet.

Such a beautiful property and the best staff ever. Hats off to Michelle and Leshan for being such excellent butlers they made my stay very special and attended to all my needs. Also they never stopped checking in with me to see if I was comfortable and needed anything

The beautiful ocean view with swimout. The daily poolside grilled lobster taills, shrimp,& lamb chops ever. The room Butler services was top notch!! The Grand Lido is #1 on our vacation list.

Everyone was amazing, I stayed nude all week and was unsure and not comfortable ? but 2 minutes in I felt at home and the cloths went off!!!!! I was waited on hand and foot. Something special everyday!!!

Room wasn’t ready rooms don’t get cold some of the staff was friendly but some were not.

The resort overall was beautiful with the friendliest staff we’ve met. Grand Lido itself was wonderful and the Butlers and Staff poolside made it a honeymoon to never forgot. We’ve already booked a return

Breakfasts were great

Missed having a beach but you could swim in the ocean by climbing down a ladder. It was wonderful ocean swimming, better than just off the beach where you walk out.

The location is amazing with the best sunset views. My only complaint is that it has no steps from the terrace/beach area to the lower pool and swim up bar.

Not very accessible. The rooms have a tub crossways in the middle making it impossible for a standard wheelchair to get fully into the room
