- I loved the friendliness of the staff. They were so welcoming. I felt right at home. They make enjoying the pool, planning excursions, and eating food more enjoyable.
- The jerk chicken was outstanding.
- Overall everything
Cons -
- Our room had a leak in the ceiling. Many of the staff were very rude or dismissive. For example, had to ask for a blanket for our room FIVE times before we finally got one. The food was mediocre at best (except the jerk chicken).
- Jamaican hustle culture is everywhere. Friendly while they have your their hands in your wallet. Constantly being hassled to buy stuff.
- Hidden fees , fake advertisements of booking price
