Couples Negril

Being able to PADI certify onsite was fantastic! It took 2-days v/s weeks, the staff were very informative, and we are now both certified divers and dive each day the rest of our trip with Omar and crew.

Once we found the LED button to dim the air unit light, it was perfect!

Staff was exceptional. Very friendly. There were beach vendors, but they weren?t too aggressive.

All of our cash was stolen from the room which was extremely unnerving. But, I suppose this was my fault. I thought I had hidden it well enough.

Beachfront suites are noisy, exceptionally dated, and have no windows in the bathroom, just wood slats. The resort plays loud music until about midnight some nights, so couldnt sleep. Absolutely not a 4 or 5 star resort. Tiles falling off pool, etc.

Clean, the staffs are cordial and it¿s meet up to my expectations.

The night life is not much entertaining like other resorts I have visited in Jamaica

Stunning private beach with crystal clear, calm water. Not overcrowded and the property was perfectly cared for by staff. There were lots of special touches from live music during breakfast to towels folded into a puppy when they made up the room.

Most of the restaurants don¿t rotate their menu, but the food was very good.

Terrific bartender named. Housekeeping provided excellent service. Beautiful property.

Service in restaurants and bars by wait staff was poor. Only bar with premium alcohol was the piano bar. I wasn't allowed to eat in the buffet area when I was wearing a swimsuit with coverup over it. No restroom near nude beach. Entertainment was terrible

Maybe more variety for dinner and breakfast.

The best part about this hotel was all the trees, palms, it was like being in a jungle. Very romantic and mystic. Their staff was excellent, everyone VERY friendly and professional. The food was also very delicious for an all inclusive.

I was disappointed in the wear and tear on the hotel. Wasn't quite sure its age, but could of used a face lift. I feel bad saying negatives things because we had a great time, just wished it would of been a little more upscale.

The staff was EXCELLENT!! Also enjoy the relaxation factor, most guests don't get obnoxious and are all very friendly. We always leave Couples knowing more people than when we arrived:-)

The fruit was not very tasty. Also would love to see breakfast cut off time be extended into a brunch.

Relatively small, close to the beach, great beach, great pool, friendly staff.

Further from airport than expected...1 1/2 miles. Vacation time is valuable.

What they say is true: everything is included. There was plenty to do and lots of water sports to try just for fun, something we wouldn't have done if it cost extra. The grounds are beautiful, loved the ambiance.

The service can be slow: that's Jamaica for you but once you get past the first day you get used to it and just go with the flow. The room was fine but the bathroom isn't 5 star. No big deal, totally functional just not 5 star if that's what you want.

They ran out of the free water bottles before we got ours. Seriously, the only thing there was to complain about.

this place is absolutely amazing. World class chefs. Service second to none. IF ANYONE and I mean anyone wants to go to Jamaica, Couple,Negril Jamaica is the place to go. You will not be disappointed..we will be going back.

Location and daytime activities. Towels available on the beach. Good food. Friendly staff. Great entertainment for dinner. Photographers were very good. No vendors on our beach which was gaurded by security.

No nightlife bars. Pool closed at night. Mattress was a little uncomfortable.

Customer Service at it's best. Great food, great drinks. The mini bar in the room has full sized bottles of champagne, vodka,rum, whiskey that is restocked daily. The room was clean and comfy. The beach water was clear. I went scuba diving for free

I LOVED EVERYTHING. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS RESORT. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. MY HONEYMOON WAS PERFECT
