Pros +
- We have traveled here many times. The rooms are clean and the staff is great! They have done many new upgrades to the pool and outdoor spaces.
- Very nice location good appearance, excellent restaurant , friendly staff
- Location and free parking and breakfast.
Cons -
- Lack of knowledge and authority at concierge.
- The AC unit in our room has not been updated and it really struggled to keep our room cool. Many of our travel companions had much newer AC thermostats.
- tried to flush the toilet would not flush just kind of swirled around and filled up, and eventually did drain. The other thing that was horrible was the headboards. Every time you moved on the bed it hit the wall, making a loud noise.
