The staff was very friendly overall. There was a new young lady at the front desk that was very helpful.The entertainment at night was also very entertaining and fun..

I think for the price you get more than your money's worth.

 the manager remember me and her my self happy at all the time , great service he provide.

Lunch is a little small and the menu is not big to little selection and an the food was not fresh from the day.

they charge me all amount despite I have already paid in this page, it suppose they are going to cash me back, as soon as they collect form the page, but also they tried to make me pay more than I paid here. Yoel Rosario gave me a very bad treatment

I thought the food menu was great and the staff very friendly, the coffee was fantastic also.

The accommodations need to be updated as soon as possible to stay competitive and not earn a bad reputation, which would be a terrible shame as it’s evident that it was once a very high end establishment.

The staff, especially Marilyn in the morning best attention to detail.

Only 1 restaurant on site. Everyone gathers at the same time.They invite you to "tour" another resort stating that they are becoming partners, they offer you breakfast there and a T-shirt. When you arrive it's people trying to sell you timeshares, when you decline they get very upset and tell you you now won't get any breakfast absolutely outrageous!!!Also since the beach is far away they offer to take you and bring you back but once you are there you have to purchase your own food somewhere.

Bad experience book two nights leave the first one

Not a all inclusive resort ,bad location,bad food too much for a simple place to sleep

The place was very clean the staffwas very attentive to all my family needs.

The fact that we had to $250.00 extra in order to take pictures in the resort because we came with a professional photographer to take pictures at the resort because we celebrating my daughters Quincenera.

Really attentive staff and very good value for your money! Food was great.

It didnt bother me but theres no beach at the resort but they offer a shuttle service to the beach so thats also no real problem.

it’s small but very pleasant: I like the food they have a good variety this time it’s my 3rd trip there

they should have more activities for children since it is very safe property for kids

The staff was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food and food options were pretty good. It was a good place if you needed a calm environment.

There wasn't much to do. The animation team was lackluster. The only attraction was the pool area. At one point there was a child that threw up right on the edge of the kiddie pool, some of it went into the pool because the kids (mine included) were going out and jumping back in and stepping on it. I reported it to someone on the maintenance team and the response was not urgent enough. No one seemed to care. I just took my kids out and we went to the deeper pool side which was nerve-wracking.
