Pros +
- We didn't like anything about the hotel. We had to move from the room we were in. The noise level was unbearable and we left after two days there. I want my money back.
- Most of the employees were great to excellent. Check-in was a breeze. I had a few issues with my room that were quickly and correctly handled. A shout out to the head of housekeeping, people like her make all the difference.
- Location, Staff, Cleanliness, view. Overall experience, relaxing.
Cons -
- lots, we had to move from the first room we were assigned. The safe didn't work, The noise level from the road was unbearable, the internet as poor, toilet didn't flush, had to get a plunger come up and had to plung the toilet every time we flushed it
- The food was below average, Low quality food and overly salted. Sorry, but it¿s the truth. The lady who bartended at the pool gave me a lot of attitude when I asked to lower the music as I wanted to enjoy a beer and the view not be in a club.
