Pros +
- I like the staff at the bar by the pool and staff at the front desk was very helpful.
- Location and Beach.
- This hotel looks like its was gems in the early days. It is still a beautiful hotel. However, the service was lousy and poor. The shower wasn't working. water was spilling all over the. The Jacuzzi wasn't working. There was a problem with pplumbing.
Cons -
- In our first room the ceiling in the bathroom fell down in the shower. I felt as if for that inconvenience we should¿ve been compensated more than we were. Cleanliness could be better.
- Staff and Service is really poor. Quality of food is very low. Staff is not properly trained or supervision is terrible. Customer service is NOT part of their daily operations.
- Since I had a 2 story room. Water was leaking from the top floor to the first floor. I reported the incidents to the front desk.No action was taken. I spoke to the guess service nothing. Housekeeping came and nothing was done. Housekeeping stop coming

The rooms need improvements. The personnel are awesome. The entertainment's are great.
