Very professional staff.

I booked for a king room, but when I arrived they had a double bed. I was upset. But because of the inconvenience they offered me a continental breakfast for the rest of my stay.

The door had trouble closing, and there wasn’t other guest at the restaurant.

Everything was great

The room itself was nicely designed, clean, and comfortable, and the water pressure worked well throughout the stay. The staff was kind and polite, and the hotel maintains a pleasant boutique atmosphere that fits well within the historic area.

The price felt far too high for what was offered. The cathedral view was disappointing and not worth the premium, it mostly faced a brick wall and was not impressive at all. The lighting in the room also worked oddly, which affected the overall comfort and experience.

The rooms are spacious and luxurios. Coffee, cable tv, shampoo etc. All provided. Very relaxing in a historical setting. Breakfast superb

I loved the architecture, room design, location, and comfortable lounge sitting area. The staff were lovely. Nice rooftop area for dinner seating. The a/c worked great.

The food was mediocre, the pillows were poor quality. My shower would not stay on, but kept reverting to the handheld which was annoying. Also, the checkout process was slow when I asked for a printout.

The layout of the hotel with its small waterfall, rooftop pool and garden, gives it a very private small boutique hotel feeling. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices to eat.

I love the location the room(Owner's Villa is amazing). Staffs were courteous and polite. Love everything about the hotel and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Great hotel always live staying there. Staff are great and the place is beautiful. Nice relaxing rooftop walking distance to everything in Casco. Extensive road works in Casco Viejo now cannot be ignored but still enjoyed the place!

Breakfast had abundant choices if the breakfast option is chosen at purchase of room. Fresh and tasty.Location in a central area of the "Zona Colonial, Nice pool and rooftop dining.

No fault of the hotel but a lot of road construction currently going on in the area makes traffic somewhat more slow than the usual slowness. Will be resolved fairly soon. Not a major issue.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the amazing staff at breakfast, to the restaurant. We definitely recommend taking a tour with the hotel driver Felix, he went above and beyond to show us the amazing town and must see locations

Lovely historic hotel in great Colonial zone location. Nice rooftop pool and bar, excellent buffet breakfast and welcome drink. Room was stunning and bathroom was spacious and elegant.

Expensive for what it was. Noisy due to location. If there is no buffet breakfast available and you bought the breakfast package, you have to argue for what you want.

The gym is a bit small, could benefit from relocation to a bigger space and some more equipment

They were working on construction and also at night the fire alarm went off several times

The staff and location were amazing. The property is in a historic building, which gives it a magical vibe. The breakfast was really good.

Isolation in the room was really bad, also the value for the money was disappointing. The wine list could be way better.

The location was perfect. We where there for a wedding and decided to spend the night instead of going back to the city.

You can hear a lot of noises from outside.

Beautiful property in the colonial zona, great staff throughout, FOH was helpful and bar staff all very helpful.

First time in SD, didn’t know how far Colonial Zona was from downtown and CBD.
