El personal es bueno y servicial

Tiene mucho ruido con m�sica muy alta durante toda la noche y no se puede dormir y me cobraron por cambiar de habitaci�n siempre y cuando yo ten�a agua caliente

Location and the casino.

The room was dirty I was given any old room, the safe was broken, there was no refrigerator or an iron present. Hair was all over the toilet and floors.

the hostel was out of services, they do not send any massage

they do not call me and let know they no have electricity

Customer service doesn?t response to solving issue. No AC in the room and they want me to keep the reservation going.

Hotel staff was rude, food subpar, I had to check out due to bad service.

The pool is good, the breakfast is good. The room the give me was dirty no safe, some one hit my car in the parking the staff told me the go to see the video them later told me they not repomsable9

The room dirty, they not coordinate the stuff in the morning told something the stuff in afternoon said they don't know anything, about, but was white in the book very poor serviced

The hotel clean beds it¿s no good the shower very bad mattress no good for me is the horses hotel I use in my life

Nothing there was impressed, the hotel need a lots of renovation, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was broken and need to replace

Price

It is dated. Needs a lot of TLC. The noise of the Club is until 6:00am in the weekend and you can not rest. This hotel is like going back to the 80s. The decoration and ilumination is very dark. Needs a lot of work.

I like the location. I like the new swimming area. I like the disco club Gold.

I did not like having to wear the new bracelet all the time. I understand their need to control clientele versus public entering premise though. I also did not daily fees for visitors.

Toilet was not working properly, had to switch rooms. Did not have a TV remote

No fridge,no iron or microwave.i feel like I was in prison you don't know when it day or night.i ask for soap and iron my friend had to go get it at the front desk in 2 hours or so after we called 2 times.worst hotel.

The service was good, the breakfast food was fair and one room was very good. N

The second room had no air conditioning, towels and soap were scarce and it was directly over the disco which operated loudly through each night! The hotel had mosquitoes in the exit/entry lobby to the elevator. Check in/out was a little slow.
