- The lady that checked us in was the Best. I stayed at All of Your Nassau Properties The Rosewood Reserve Grand Hyatt But She Exceeded Everyone . What a Keeper

- Had debris in hallways that stayed outside rooms, the whole week! Restaurants were not opened, hard to eat without reservation, front desk was ignorant of schedules for restaurants.
- The check-in process was horrible. Arrived at 12, and were promised were getting our room ready. I received a call at 3:59 saying our room was ready. The room was not as clean as it should be. Employees had no problems taking tips & making false promises
- The room came with one robe, one pair of slippers, we had to call 5 times to get a bucket of ice and a wine bottle opener, there was no bath gel when we arrived, and overall the staff seemed unhappy and moody. No one smiled and everything took forever.

It is modern, has great restaurants, and the pool is nice.
