The Cove at Atlantis

Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that effect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a Court in The Bahamas. Please read the terms and conditions on the hotel's website. Minimum check-in age at The Cove is 18. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily mandatory gratuities. Extra person, 18 years and older, pay $75 per person, per night plus daily mandatory gratuities. The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travellers’ checks or US dollars. Mandatory Gratuities of USD $8.50 per person per night, 12 and older, for guest suites (Ocean and Deluxe Ocean Suites) and of USD $14.00 per person per night, 12 and older, for Azure and Sapphire 1 Bedroom Suites. The Mandatory Daily Resort Fee Includes:  Daily Access to Aquaventure water park  Wi-Fi All Access (guest rooms and lobby areas)  Two Souvenir Reusable Water Bottles per room, Daily Access to Fitness Center for two  Dive-In Poolside Movies as scheduled  Daily Access to The Dig and Marine Life Exhibits  In-Room Coffee & Tea  Resort Shuttle Service  Unlimited Local Phone Calls All services and resort amenities are subject to various fees and supplements. Deposit and Cancellation Policies Refundable Rates • 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking. • If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. • If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the reserved room rate. Deposit and Cancellation Policies Non-Refundable Rates • Total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking. • If cancelled more than one day after booking, 100 percent of the room cost plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. For suites with exclusive access to Lapis at The Cove, guests must be 12 and older in order to access the club lounge. Please kindly note that enhancement work to The Cove’s balconies is in progress Monday through Saturday from 10am – 6pm. As with any building structural work, we anticipate some noise during these hours. We are hopeful this does not cause any disturbance during your stay and will work to reduce any inconvenience. The adults-only Cove Pool will close beginning April 13, 2026 with anticipated completion in late Q4 2026. During this time, registered Cove guests will enjoy exclusive access to the transformed Baths Colonnade Pool, a refined adults-only retreat just steps from Cove Beach.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
