So clean! Super comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, good temperature control, good water pressure in shower, nice pool, mini fridge and microwave in room, very quiet and calm hotel. Convenient location near airport and Mall of America. Easy to check in and out, and the staff were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area.
The pool was a bit cold, and the hot tub was out of order. But it was still a clean and beautiful pool so I can't complain too much. I guess the TV options weren't amazing, but who cares these days?

Location right next to Light rail station, close to Mall of America for eating. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. I'm picky about beds. Having frig and microwave was great.
The desk chair was not very comfortable.

This hotel is usually amazing. Location and shuttle service are greatly appreciated. Front office staff is wonderful.
This time restaurant service was not acceptable. ¿System¿ was down and there was a 20 minute wait, which we understood, however, when the order was placed with some dietary restrictions, the waitress was beyond rude.

Parking was confusing, didn't realize breakfast was not included.
