Pros +
- Great service at the front desk. It also had a nice pool area that was perfect for our small children. Also enjoyed using the shuttle for easy access to the mall since it was colder but it is walkable in good weather.

Cons -
- Bed's were too soft
- Yes- outdated room with ripped carpet, broken ring in shower curtain and pink stain on curtain, ants in bathroom. Pool was cold and jacuzzi wasn?t warm enough
- The pool did not have towels either time we went and we asked multiple times over an hour apart. The staff was less than helpful and not friendly
