Best in Convenience, Loved how it was easily connected to the mall. The Rooms were clean and spacious. The overall look of the hotel was very nice. Had some nice ammenities in the hotel as well (Pool, gym)
Elevators ran on a weird system. I had to tap my card EVERY TIME I went on it to pick my floor. The pool wasn't open at night (though that is just a purely personal issue)

Hotel was nice and clean, bed was comfortable,
Ice machine location.. we were on the 14th floor, ice machine on the second floor...There was no microwave in the room.Could not control the heat in the living area.There was no hand soap to was your hands.

Location was wonderful. All staff we spoke to were extremely polite and professional. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty..Wonderful deep tub for soaking.
Food was extremely expensive. While I expected it to be this was more than I expected. Think 1 egg was 10.00.Beds were on the firm side, that's just a personal thing though bc I like soft.The pool was freezing, kids didn't mind it but all adults passed on it. The tile floor around the pool was extremely slick. Both of my kids fell while walking.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities. Great location being attached to the mall of America. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Restaurant had great food. Room service available.
It is a bit pricey but an excellent facility overall.

We liked that it is really close to the mall. We travelled with a baby it is a major plus that we con go back to our room anytime we need. The bed is super comfortable, my baby liked it so much. They provided us with a crib but I don’t think they have a sheet exclusive for the crib cushion, it is a big sheet that was forced to fit the crib, so it gets loose and is very unsafe for an infant. Staff are very polite.
On our first night, there was a dead insect under our pillow. I know I should have informed front desk right away but we came from a 8 hour drive and my baby is tired and already sleeping so we just disinfected it ourselves. There was also a dead mouse at cedar and stone outside dining area. There were no disposable slippers provided and bathrobes too. You would think that with that price they will at least have those for the guests.

The hotel is so gorgeous. The staff is amazing, friendly and really professional. I would recommend this hotel
