Cambria Hotel Bloomington Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

The rooms are very spacious, the bed and linens very comfortable. The staff from the front desk , housekeeping, bar and breakfast area are super professional and kind.

Not that it was a pressing thing but the couch in the king bedroom suite was very uncomfortable and a bit worn and dirty. We just put an extra sheet over it like a cover and it was no big deal. Also, I did not mind but there is minimal storage ( no dressers) if you are the type of person that needs to "unpack" as does my 80 something mother. I was good with it.

The facilities were nice and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The rooms were spacious.

One of the elevators kept breaking down which made for long crowded waits during both days.Oh, getting food there was an ordeal. As a traveler with small kids, we were excited to see that there was a buffet that had a variety of breakfast foods that seemed better than a continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet was an absolute disaster. The staff for breakfast had terrible attitudes and the buffet ran out of food and we had to wait a long time before any more food came out. For what we were charged for breakfast, I would have expected the food not to be cold and constantly refreshed. Not only was breakfast bad, but we tried to order dinner on a different night only for the staff to tell us that they were out of half of the menu. We ended up driving to a local restaurant.The dining room area tables were not cleaned regularly and guests were asking for rags to clean off the tables to eat. For what we paid to stay there, the expectations of having staff who cleaned didn't seem too much to ask.

This was our first time going to Minnesota. The hotel was really nice and super close to the Mall of America where we were going. Our room was very clean we were a party of 5 and the 3 kids loved the pool. I liked the mirror in the bathroom it had Bluetooth so you can listen to your music. The parking was free. They did charge us $100 a night for incidental but it went back to my card in about 2 days. Also charged for breakfast I think it was $10-20 depending on what you wanted. But overall it was a nice quiet hotel really close to the mall and the price was better than the other hotels nearby I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Clean hotel. Very close to MOA. Didn't really hear the planes from the airport. The room was clean along with the bedding.

The breakfast was horrible. I expected more since I had to pay for it. The selection was not good. If you stay here, don't bank on the breakfast. The pool is not heated either.
