Everyone at the front desk were terrific! My elder parents were staying there and needed some help and they all treated them like family. My parents were comfortable. The entire place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Cons -

The room was not like the pictures At all, it was dirty, the bed was not made (pillows were on top of the closet), the coffee maker And fridge were dirty and the room smelled of sewage on day 2 and 3 during the night. The bed frame was dirty. terrible.
