- Very clean and the bathroom was nice and the balcony was very nice
- The night we arrived we requested assistance to close the safe to send an employee and this robbery of a wallet with money, cards and cash documents. We notified the hotel and they did absolutely nothing, not even an apology was offered to us.
- Ambiance was epic

- The air conditioner was making the floor wet floor was wet for 2 days
- We really felt mocked and mistreated, it did not meet any of our expectations, losing such an important object in our own room. Knowing that the security cameras were tracking the entry of a single worker and not having taken measures.
- The inability to control the temp with any regularity and the doors seemingly breaking

The hotel was not equipped with handling this crisis. Arriving Friday my room was not ready to nearly 6pm, Saturday was a storm limiting patrons to their rooms and Sunday was a Covid lockdown. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.
No fitness center, jacuzzi and pool was closed off. No rooms in the hotel or pay $500 extra for a balcony. Highly disappointed.
