- Hotel employee was the first person we met and he was awesome. Every employee was exceedingly friendly and happy to help with anything.
- The staff was very nice although not very knowledgeable. I was told the cruise ship port was a very short walk. I would not have stayed there. If I had known Royal Caribbean was a 20 minute cab ride.

- The rooms were small, dark and dingy. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower had a little to no water pressure. The cruise port was nowhere nearby, which wasn¿t what I was told over the phone before booking.
- The rooms are very small, the windows are thin so you are able to hear all the noise from outside. Since we were there the 2nd day of opening I was expecting to walk into a brand new remodeled hotel, this was definitely not the case.

The staff was very nice.
