- Was quite most of the night though I was there twice; one night at the time. The attendant is a very thoughtful and courteous person and keep himself on top of things!. Room was clean and bed nice and comfortable, for the price!.
- The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The price is good for a budget traveler. If the travel is not only beach then it is a good place to stay. Closer to airport.

Cons -
- Do Not expect to have luxury, Only 3 Parking spots in front of the building and the rest on the street but, security cameras are all over monitoring the surroundings. Private rooms but, shared bathrooms and kitchen though they are clean!.
- Sometimes the maps is misleading, so can be hard to find the place. The owner cannot speak English but tries to help as best as possible.
