- The staff are very pleasant and professional. Check in/out super fast! Reception staff I believe named Laurimarie, recommended me to use the pool...and I did! I had a wonderful relaxing time! The hotel is clean. Perfect location...close to Merceditas Airport, close to highways. The parking is private. The bed was comfortable. I loved my stay!
- Lhe friendliness of the employees was spectacular.
- No breakfast

- Lack of towel racks.
- The room was too cold for my liking. Tried to make it warmer but could not.
