- Location, the staff was very friendly and attentive.
- The Hotel was clean, but the service was outstanding. Everyone from the from the receptionist to the personnel working maintaining the hotel.

Cons -
- The walls in the room need to be cleaned, the phone in the room was not working; the usb plugs were not working, the fabric headboard was stained, you could see mold in the box spring.
- Even though we went during a tropical storm, the service was outstanding.
- Not handicapped friendly
