- Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious.

Cons -
- yes I do not agree with needing to purchase breakfast package for your stay. A hotel this big should provide complimentary breakfast for their customers. My 8 year old son was able to eat for free, but only if we purchased an adult meal ourselves.
- Not enough pool towels, no personnel in pool. Had to wait for them to be replenished. No food and beverage service in pool.
- Air conditioning has some issues.
