The location was amazing. Beautiful views and a quick drive to Jackson.

There is no A/C, which is ok in typical weather there. You open all windows at night and close every window and curtain in the house during the day to keep it cool. This property didn't have window coverings over the double patio doors, which was hot!

Location was good and the views were very nice. We liked the option to have two rooms in the suite.

The place is dated. They do not provide daily room service, which for a 4 star property is unacceptable, made the experience seem less clean. The steam room did not work. They should fix it vs try to rationalize why it does not work

The view of the grand Tetons from our balcony was unmatched!

No mattress fitted cover. The bed sheet kept coming off during sleep. Not a good feeling.

The location for wildlife was perfect.

The first night we were there our heat didn't work. Had to call the front desk to have them fix it.A little to far out of town but we did see some wildlife. Felt like they were recovering from covid. Small things that needed fixing and updating.

Loved the location and the view. The staff was very snippy even on a couple of phone calls I made prior to coming on our trip And then while we were there. Informed us they were a mmgmt company now and not a hotel. Very rude. We would stay there again

Would not stay on 2nd floor again.

Location was premium. Be specifically what your needs. Stayed a 3rd night and changed rooms with a kitchen. Have a service dog and he was welcomed. An enjoyable stay and will visit again and choose a end apartment style with more room, 2 bedroom, 2 bath.

Wanted to do horseback, did not try to accommodate and missed out, staff Could care less. Late arrival,1am. Room up 15 steps, never offered help to carry luggage up. We... 80 &67 yr old. 2nd night changed rooms.

Close to town

A four star hotel should have air conditioning and this hotel did not. They provided fans. Also price is based on beautiful Teton views but due to fires in California we could not see the Tetons. Not hotels’ fault but a disappointment

Beautiful view and friendly, informative staff

Interior seemed a bit out-dated and dingy-- not to a terrible detriment but just unexpected given the exterior/lobby and typical price point. Glad we got it at a discounted rate

Rustic design, spacious room, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, pool, free shuttle bus to take you into town (limited hours but still a nice perk), heater in room was not one of those loud fans, great value for the price, nice views.

I would have preferred to stay in town but everything in Jackson was at least twice as expensive. Considering everything I had definitely stay here again. And I read that Jackson has uber and Lyft if you need to return after the shuttle stops.

Beautiful location, loved having a fireplace

Room was very dated and run down. Chopped and missing floor tile, bathroom light almost non existent. Young staff didn''t seem to know what was going on. Snack bar at pool closed during peak afternoon time.

My description said kitchenette and coffee pot. There was only a small mini fridge and coffee pot for one. Only one coffee pot. Disappointing

What a great surprise - thought we were just getting a room, but it was a charming suite, small kitchen, great bedroom area, living room - opening up to a patio overlooking the mountains.

love the view = location - staff I also was not happy one night when I called room svce @ 10:02 after traveling all day to order room service and they said they end a 10!

The room was comfortable with the fireplace and nice decor.

The view could have been better. More wooded than what the ads show with the sweeping vistas. Description of room should have been more accurate.

the awesome view, the fireplace (love love loved it) I am planning to come back very soon. This was the nicest place for the money that I've ever come upon. You do it right!
