Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

No network television or ESPN. Vacuuming hallways at 7:00 pm. No rack for suitcase. Person working in the breakfast area didn’t understand English, so couldn’t answer questions about food allergies.

Key cards did not work. Tvs in rooms were not working properly. Could not get a receipt when checked out.

The room was clean and comfortable. 24 hr. coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was Ok,

The reception area and the hallways appeared worn, it made concerned about how the room would be, however, the room was Clean and carpets, sheets and towels seemed newer.

The hotel was clean. Free breakfast was convenient.

The price of the hotel was overpriced in my opinion.

Front desk was less than expected. Problems with reservation and I was on my own. Soap and shampoo was depleted in room.

Staff and location. Breakfast was good.

It has no jetted tub for after a day on the ski slopes

It was advertised as having a whirlpool right on the booking page and so we booked it being a little more expensive then we would have liked to pay. Got to the hotel and there was no whirlpool. Even had a picture on the site of a whirlpool

Since the last time I stayed at Hampton, it changed to pet friendly. There were more dogs than people. Will not stay there again.

The staff was great. When I got there the room I booked was being renovated so they upgraded me to a bigger room at no charge. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

The keys kept deactivate had to keep getting new keys

We asked when booking several times about a hot tub and was told it had one. We went to check in and it was closed. I was NOT happy. This was an important part of our trip. We came back from a long day out in the cold and our room had not be cleaned.

Location is nice

Smells horrible. Staff wasn¿t friendly. Price to value is horrible

Very clean and quiet. Just outside of the hub-bub of the main square area but close enough to easily take full advantage. Great choice!

They changed my card when I was supposed to pay at the hotel had to call customer service took time to resolve

To pricey, old ( renovations are needed) and a brown bag breakfast with a small cold burrito. Very disappointed!

I liked the location

Many things, very poor customer service and communication. No services, beds were hard and uncomfortable.

The location was terrific close to everything but not in the middle of it.

Breakfast was just ok. Expected a little better.

Overpriced for a very small room. Parking was somewhat scarce.

I was going over all of my charges for the trip. Up came a $40.00 pending charge from Hampton Inn. I called and asked about it. They said they do that in case there is any damage. They said it should be gone by end of week. Bad idea
