front desk staff were very nice but could not resolve the conflict

Yes, We made reservations for KING bed and was shuffled a queen as they had not king. Next day, we were moved from that room to a room wtth king. It was not king but queen. We moved nedlessly and did not get room we booked.

The location was great!

The breakfast was not very good and things ran out without being refilled for quite a while. The type of food was not very desirable either. Also, there was not clear information about parking and that there was a daily charge for parking.

The staff at the front desk were all extremely helpful. Hotel employee in particular brought me ice in a bag because of I had an injury and she definitely didn¿t have to do that. So nice!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff,particularly the front desk girl, went above and beyond to see that our needs were met.

Parking was tight but I expected that as I have alarger pickup and the hotel is in an area where not much could be done to make it better

Everything! The room was very spacious and clean, several amenities, great location and the manager that was working on the front desk was super friendly, gave us several tips.

The room was well-maintained and at a great location! We felt very comfortable and slept well.

The receptionist took a while to come back to front desk to help us check in.

Wonderful room, great staff, very helpful and listened to requests. Definitely going to recommend this to Jackson visitors.

Airport and ski shuttle are limited . I booked to get an airport shuttle but it is only available for a limited time during the day

The rooms were brand new and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. I loved this hotel!!!

I wasn't aware that there would be renovations during our stay. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. However, the staff made every effort to make our time memorable.

Staff was really nice and the hotel offered a light dinner Tuesday-Thursday which was really great after skiing all day. We didn't have to go out in the very cold snow to eat.

I thought the rooms were nice, I liked that their towels were very large (like bath sheets vrs regular sized towels)

I was very disappointed that they drained the pool while we were there! The lady at the desk stated they were draining it for renovations that *night* when we got back to go swimming with friends kids early afternoon it was drained. Kids were devastated!

Hotel has been totally updated and modernized the past couple years. Ignore those old reviews saying it's run down. Comfortable and fairly quiet rooms with all the amenities you'd expect.

It's on a timer that's very loud. Kind of ruins any little ambiance from the fireplace. Overall a nice hotel, but not a great value or exceptional for the many options in the area.

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety, appreciated that there were fresh cut, strawberries, and lots of other fruits available. Hot food was very good, eggs nicely done. Also nice to have bagels and bread and peanut butter available if need be for a lunch on the go later in the day

The lobby was very nice and clean.

The carpet in our room was beyond atrocious. It had holes in it and it was the most filthy carpet we have ever seen!! So disgusting . We would not stay here again.
